Description
True intimacy is more than sex – it is a sacred, deep connection that awakens and engages our heart, mind, body and soul. Intimacy is an essential ingredient in relationships. By gaining a deeper awareness of our obstacles to love and developing skills for authentic communication, you will be able to re-energize your relationships and strengthen connection.
In this couple’s workshop, Corinne Underwood will provide you with the practical skills to help you communicate effectively to ask for, and get more of what you want (and less of what you don’t). You will discover the tools to support each other with vulnerability, respect and depth and learn how to awaken your senses through exploration of safe, consensual, clothes-on, affectionate touch. You will leave this workshop with practices for energizing yourselves as a couple including a simple game that will impact how you play together in wonderful ways!
This is an inclusive workshop. Couples of any age, any length of commitment and any sexual orientation are welcome. The space held is one of safety and confidentiality and boundaries are always honoured.
