In response to the extended order announcement on April 19, 2021 we are encouraging support of our local establishments impacted. April 19, 2021: PHO Orders extended 5 weeks, to May 24, 2021 at midnight. Show your support of local restaurants, pub, cafes etc. by ordering for pick-up or direct delivery from the establishment (note that third party delivery services charge percentages to the establishment so direct pick up/delivery is best). You can also support by dining on the patio where available and purchasing gift cards to use later. RESTAURANTS, PUBS & CAFES. Also affected is the Fitness industry, gyms and recreational sport establishments. Be sure to support them through online, one on one programs and purchase of certificates as well. Chamber Member Directory Sports, Recreation.

In response to the BC Restart Plan, many businesses are now updating their service hours etc. While others are looking into re-opening based on the plan guidelines.

LEGAL SERVICES Find and Share Store Wait Times

In the first week the website had over 20,000 users and is continuing to grow. The website covers stores in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valleys. Local entrepreneur, Mae Woods, co-founded a website with Pan Khandtidhara that shows store wait times during COVID19. The website relies on user input and we  are asking people in the community to contribute. Simply input your wait time while you are waiting in line to help others get an accurate depiction of what’s going on at the stores.
