With over 8 years of chamber experience and a diverse employment background, Kristi Maier brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong passion for community development to her role at the Ridge Meadows Chamber of Commerce (RMCC).
Previously serving as the Director of Operations at the Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce, Kristi's journey has been shaped by over 18 years of experience in administrative roles, human resources, and real estate. Having started her chamber career in Langley, Kristi quickly developed a deep appreciation for the power of chambers of commerce in supporting local businesses and fostering economic growth. Her experience in the real estate sector further enriched her skill set, providing valuable insights into the needs and challenges faced by businesses in the community.
Joining the RMCC, Kristi feels honored to represent the vibrant communities of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows, the place she calls home. Her passion for the organization and dedication to community building shines through in her work. With her extensive background in administration and human resources, she brings a unique perspective and valuable expertise to her role.
Outside of her professional life, Kristi cherishes her time spent exploring the picturesque trails of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows alongside her 10-year-old son, husband, and beloved dogs, Remington & Bowie. This personal connection to the community fuels her commitment to advocating for its growth and success.

Tetiana Kalashnyk is a highly capable administrative assistant who contributes her skills and expertise to the Ridge Meadows Chamber of Commerce. She is a vital asset, providing administrative support and contributing to the overall success of the organization. After graduating from Douglas College with multiple certificates in administrative office work, Tetiana brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to her role.
Originally from Ukraine, Tetiana made the life-changing decision to immigrate to Canada in 2008, seeking new opportunities and a brighter future for herself and her family. In 2022, she relocated to Maple Ridge, embracing the sense of community and belonging that the area offers. With her exceptional language skills, Tetiana is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and Spanish. Her language proficiency enhances her ability to serve as a bridge between different cultures and contribute to the chamber's goal of fostering inclusivity and diversity.
Tetiana's life is filled with joy and activity, primarily centered around her two beloved daughters. As a dedicated mother, she finds fulfillment in providing a nurturing and supportive environment for her children. Beyond her family commitments, Tetiana is deeply passionate about the Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows communities, appreciating the strong sense of community spirit and the opportunities they provide.
Dara Lynn Bonderud is the Events and Communications Manager at the Ridge Meadows Chamber. She leads the planning, creative direction, and delivery of the Chamber’s signature events and oversees all member-focused communications. Since joining the Chamber in October 2022, Dara has helped strengthen business connections, elevate community engagement, and create experiences that reflect the spirit of the Ridge Meadows region.
With a background in aviation and a strong foundation in relationship building, Dara brings a mix of organization, creativity, and heart to every project. She manages event development, sponsor engagement, marketing, and storytelling, ensuring that every initiative feels purposeful and community centered.
Outside of work, Dara is a proud mom to a one-year-old son who fills her days with joy and adventure. She loves spending time outdoors, running local trails, exploring the Lower Mainland, and enjoying life with her two dogs. Photography is one of her favourite creative outlets, and she often captures the small moments that make everyday life meaningful.
Dara’s enthusiasm, authenticity, and commitment to community make her a valued part of the Ridge Meadows Chamber team.

As part of the Chamber team, Lauren brings together her passion for event planning and community connection with a strong educational background in marketing and sustainable community development.
She thrives on creating unforgettable experiences for both members and non-members, always focused on fostering meaningful relationships within the community. If you happen to visit the Chamber office, you’ll likely find her with a cup of coffee from a local shop and a great story to share.
With a professional background in advertising and marketing—including website development, branding strategies, press releases, and social media—Lauren has a natural talent for storytelling and connecting! She’s thrilled to channel her diverse skill set into this community-focused role. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys collecting (a little too much) LEGO with her husband, competing in bodybuilding, and spending time with her two dogs.
